Lifestyle Custom Homes by SWA, a Chicago base Builder was established in 2005 as an extension of the architectural firm of Styczynski Walker and Associates Architects. We feel we could better serve the needs of our clients by providing architectural design and construction under the direction of a single firm.
The key to the success of our design build process is the consistency of thought, control and communication throughout the building process. From the initial meeting, we make it a priority to understand our clients desires and convey that information through the construction process. In addition, we carefully choose trade contractors to provide the level of quality we would expect in our own homes. The Design-Build package not only provides a design-led emphasis on construction, but also provides the client with a much simpler process of building their dream home because we handle the details from start to finish.
